So long Malaysia. Hello again Manchester. I was sad to leave my family, especially my mum and my cat, Molly. Hehhe. But anyways, i’m looking forward as well to a new uni year. Yay! 2nd year! I feel old though.
I had a great raya. Ok maybe great isn’t the word because i had better raya in the past years. Since i had been raya-ing in UK for the past 2 years, raya in Malaysia this year was a blessing. My whole family were at home. I had my cousins, aunties and uncles. Yes of course raya is not complete without going back to Taiping. All of us (my siblings and cousins) felt that way. So if things go the way we planned, we might be able to raya in Taiping next year! And yes, we shall buy lotsa mercun and bunga api and clean up the old house of Abdul Malik and Peni Sunestri (my grandparents) so that we can all have the raya like we used to.
Anyways, this year’s raya was hectic. 4 days in a row people kept on coming to my house. Apakah kan? And since Bibik went back to Indo for raya, i had to help mummy out at the kitchen and do a bit of house chores. Oooh my friends came to my house as well. 1 group of KTJians on 3rd raya and a group of Sjians on the 4th raya. Thanks for coming darlings! You guys are the best! =)
Currently at Dubai international airport. Too congested! I’m annoyed! And the internet is crappy. Neways, will put up some raya pics when i reach Manchester. My flight is in less than 2 hours.
p/s: i'm already in Manchester now as you know. did this post on microsoft words in Dubai. just so you know. hehehe.
