Sex And The City London Style

DAY 1 (MONDAY)

- finished Physical Pharmacy exam

- took the train to London.

- Reached Mandela’s place at about 5 pm. Iqa, Yannik, Chin and I were staying with him for the night.

- Got ready for Euphoria night at Funky Buddha, Mayfair (Mandela organized a CNY party). FYI, Mayfair is like the posh part of London and the clubs there are where the celebs go to. Heheh.

- The night was great. Made a lot of new friends and met some old friends from Cambridge like Megat, Adit and Hannah. That’s the reason why I love clubbing. You meet new people. But hey just so you know, I don’t go to clubs to get laid or even drink. Strictly meeting people and DANCING!!! Owh yeh.. ME LOVE DANCING OK!

- Reached Mandela’s place at 5 am (by taxi). I was extremely tired and hungry.

- Slept at 6.30 am after talking to Mandela, Iqa and Chin whilst having “sahur”. Lol.

DAY 2 (TUESDAY)

- said BYE to Yannik and Chin. They are really nice guys and hope to meet them again. =)

- went to Central London to meet Leon and Khoa. FYI, they’re my close friends from Cambridge.

- Had loads of fun bitching with them, though only get to talk to Khoa for an hour plus. =( I miss you, BITCH! Leon told me something that kinda upset me but I tried not to think about it.

- Leon and I took the tube to O2 Arena to watch Pussycat Dolls, Ne-Yo and Lady Gaga LIVE!!

- We got pretty good seats. Of course quite far from the stage but we can still see them.

- It was the best concert ever. Lady Gaga was ok. I don’t really know her songs except for JUST DANCE and POKERFACE.

- Ne-Yo made me wanna cry (literally) when he sang MAD. I LOVE THAT SONG! And when he wanted to sing Miss Independent and said “I dedicate this to all you Miss Independent out there”, I shouted, “hell yeah that’s me”. Lol. All the songs that he sang were beautiful. I LOVE YOU, NE-YO!

- Pussycat Dolls were awesome without a doubt. I watched them live before this, and I knew they were gonna put up a damn good show that night.

- Leon and I were dancing throughout the concert.

- The concert made my day! =)

DAY 3 (WEDNESDAY)

- went to Liverpool St station with Iqa and Mandela to meet SY. SY is another friend of mine that I got to know from Cambridge.

- It was great to catch up with SY. He was so random and talked shit about people all the time. That phrase he used “face look like peanut” when he described someone really made me laugh my ass off. Lol.

- Went to Woking to stay a night at Aunty Lela’s place. Good to catch up with her and her family.

DAY 4 (THURSDAY)

- just stayed in Aunty Lela’s house til evening. Watched tv all day.

- Went to Surbiton in the evening to stay with Aina.

- Loads of gossips and stories shared. Full of laughter. Aina knows how to make me happy when I’m with her. I love you, Aina!

DAY 5 (FRIDAY)

- went to Central London with Aina and we headed to Afique’s apartment behind Selfridges, Oxford St.

- left our things there and went to Westfield, a new shopping mall in London.

- Met Nurul, my cousin Dewi and my Bellerbys friend, Anthony there.

- Bought a new coat and an evening gown. Hehhe. And a pair of sunnies. =)

- Went back to Afique’s place at 5pm.

- Debbie arrived from Middlesex at 6pm whilst Afique and Hayat arrived from Nottingham at 10pm

- Ashaari and Nurul came over and we started cooking. Sedap ok!!

- Then played Monopoly!! FYI, Afique juz bought it for 10 quid! How cheap is that!

- A day filled with laughter and joy and spent with a bunch of good friends. I can never ask for more.

DAY 6 (SATURDAY)

- breakfast at Starbucks with Aina, Hayat and Debbie in our pyjamas.

- Met Jin and Sim at Malaysian Hall. They’re my close friends from Bellerbys. It was good to finally meet them. Missed them so much.

- Spent most of the day with them. Was real fun. Went Oxford St for a bit of shopping. Window shopping for me only coz there weren’t any nice clothes. Tried on a few but weren’t nice. Dammit.

- met Michelle, my fellow Irinian and 5L at MCD

- Was suppose to go back to Manchester on that day but my friends insisted me to stay another night. Since my return ticket wasn’t an open ticket, I had to change the ticket and paid extra 14 pounds for that. But anyways, the 3 girls paid for me so it was ok. Lol.

- Was a bit sad when Jin and Sim went back to Cambridge.

- Went back to the apartment and found out that Afique got a full set of Guitar Hero for his Xbox. Geez.

- Dinner at Edgware Road. Hayat and I were tempted to smoke shisha when we walked alond the road. Dammit. But we were a bit sick then.

- Wanted to watch movie but was too expensive.

DAY 7 (SUNDAY)

- we girls got dressed up for breakfast at some Italian café. Forgot the name. as if we’re like in the sex and the city. Aina – Carrie, Hayat – Miranda, Debbie – Charlotte and me – Samantha. FYI, I didn’t pick Samantha. Aina said I should be her coz I’m the tallest. Hmm… yeh Aina, but I’m not a sex addict like her, am i? lol

- then went to Selfridges. Tried on a few clothes but they weren’t worth buying and didn’t fit me well. Boohoo..

- Debbie got a cute dress. She was so cute when she wore it.

- Went to Kiasu for a late lunch.

- Went back to Manchester at 8.30pm and reached at 11pm.

- Was sad to leave London and them but I think that was a pretty good vacation. And they’re gonna come for Manchester Games on 21^st Feb so I wont be missing them that much, yet. Hehe.
