despite the fact that we did everything at the last minute, it turned out to be pretty good. i'm very satisfied, after all the hard work we'd put in.
i got some honest feedbacks from my friends... they said the acting was really good, but the dances were a bit shitty especially the dikir barat. not much spirit was put into the dikir barat performance. however, other dances like the street dance really got good feedbacks.
i'm gonna miss all the practices for this night. we really did put a lot of effort, and i think the effort paid off. of course i didn't get paid to act as the main character, but as long as people are happy with my performance, then i'm happier than ever.
just wanna say thanks to the committee for choosing me as the main character and for guiding and believing in me that i could carry out the role very well. and thanks to them as well for being patient with me throughout the practices. i know i was not that punctual at times, but oh well.. i'm a Malaysian, wat do u expect?
thanks to the production crew, without u guys, the Malaysian Night is NOTHING!
to all my friends who supported me til the big night, THANK YOU SO MUCH! it meant the world to me that u guys came and to those who couldn't come, i still love u guys as much!
thanks to the audience too for being there. if u guys weren't there, then the Malaysian Night would not be as fun as last night.
to the other main actors - Foong Tsin, Janesh and Max, I LOVE YOU GUYS!
